My family and I have been in the golf business here in San Antonio since 1970 and have developed, owned, managed, purchased or sold many of the courses in this area. Because of our position in the market we have all the contacts for the very best courses and hotels at “can’t be beat rates”. Most courses here will only take tee times for small groups one week to one month in advance but we have the ability to make your tee times 6 months in advance. The Texas Golf Vacation Staff are all golfers and we have played many of the top courses in the US from Pebble Beach to Augusta National. We have also played courses in Japan, Hawaii, England, Scotland and all over Europe. After all that International golf exposure we decided to concentrate on the city that offers the most for the dollar, over 300 days of sunshine every year and the number one tourist destination in the Southwest, the Riverwalk.
You will be playing the very highest rated public courses in Texas including the famous Quarry Golf Club (ten years voted best public course in Texas), Canyon Springs Golf Club, The Bandit Golf Club, Silverhorn Golf Club, Tapatio Springs Resort course and many others from which to choose. We have access to The La Cantera Resort Courses which are the Resort Course (14 years home of the Texas Open Championship) and the Palmer Course (always rated in top 100 resort courses in the US. The very exclusive TPC Oaks and Canyons Courses are two of the favorites for the most discriminating players. The Texas Open Championship is presently played on the Oaks course and has been for several years.
We also own and manage 21 two-bedroom condos on the beautiful Tapatio Springs Resort golf course. Our condos can accommodate 4 players per unit and if you would like to be in a quiet community outside the city then that is an excellent option. There are several golf courses within a 15 or 20 minute drive including the La Cantera courses that would be an option for golf variety.
With Texas Golf Vacation all things are possible for golf in South Texas!
