The Silverhorn Golf Club

The distinct hill country character of SilverHorn Golf Club can be credited to designer Randy Heckenkemper along with PGA Tour Professionals Willie Wood and Scott Verplank. SilverHorn Golf Club’s tree-lined fairways, strategic use of sand and water, and beautifully framed contoured greens make this par 72 course a treasured hill country experience long remembered. Silverhorn Golf Club is a fantastic upscale Golf Club that is a must-play while in San Antonio.

The signature hole on the front-nine is the par-5 6th hole which shares much in common with great golf holes around the world. Twenty acres of water borders the entire left side of this 556-yard dogleg left, bringing water into play on every shot.

The signature hole on the back-nine is the par-4 15th hole which is SilverHorn Golf Club’s most challenging. Accuracy and length from the tee is a premium on this 446-yard hole. The second shot requires a long iron to this elevated green which is guarded by a large bunker on the left. Two creeks cross through the fairway and must be cleared on the second shot to have a chance at par.

TPC San Antonio

Located within a short drive of Austin, Texas, within four hours of the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston metropolitan areas, and just minutes away from the San Antonio International Airport, TPC San Antonio is an ideal destination for your next golf vacation or weekend getaway with your golfing buddies.

TPC San Antonio opened in January 2010 with two 18-hole championship golf courses designed by two of golf’s most innovative architects: Pete Dye and Greg Norman. Both courses play host to TOUR events with the AT&T Oaks Course serving as the venue for the PGA TOUR’s Valero Texas Open since 2010.

AT&T Oaks Course

The AT&T Oaks Course, designed by PGA TOUR legend Greg Norman with player consultant Sergio Garcia, reflects the TOUR’s departure from the modern tournament style course (expansive grass areas and spectator mounding) to a more natural look and feel, without sacrificing the fan experience making it very tournament friendly.

AT&T Canyons Course

Due to the differing topography, the Pete Dye-designed AT&T Canyons Course, paired with Norman’s AT&T Oaks Course complement one another with each having a unique look, feel and playing experience for Members and resort guests. While very different from the traditional, tree-lined Oaks Course, the Canyons Course stands on its own as a tournament venue in terms of design, strategy and beauty.
